The website and Aervona brand are operated by Higrey Inc. In these Terms, “Aervona,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Higrey Inc.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Do not send a product back without first contacting hi@aervona.com and receiving return authorization.

Products may be covered by a separate limited warranty as described in our Warranty Policy.

Warranty coverage does not normally include:
